This is a very famous recipe in any Chinese Restuarant. Very easy to prepare and very tasty. Serve best with hot rice.
INGREDIENTS
1 Kg soaked and scrubbed / 1 kg lala rendam dan basuh bersih-bersih
2 Tbsp cooking oil / 2 sdb minyak masak
1" Ginger, finely chopped
/ 1" halia hiris memanjang
3 tbsp taucho / 3 sdb taucho
1 onion cut thinly / 1 bawang besar hiris nipis-nipis
6 to 8 Thai Bird's Eye Chilies, chopped / 6-8 biji cili padi ketuk
1/4 Cup Water mixed with 1 tsp Corn Starch / 1/4 cawan air campur dengan 1 sdt tepung jagung
1 scallions cut 1 " / 1 tangkai daun bawang potong 1"
PREPARATIONS
- Heat the oil in a wok on high heat and cook the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the fermented taucho, chilies, and give it a quick stir and toss in the clams and oyster sauce. Cook briefly before adding the scallions./ Panaskan minyak tumis bawang putih dan halia sehingga naik baunya. Masukkan taucho dan lala serta sos tiram.
- Then mix in the water and cover the wok with a lid until all the clams are open. Season the clams with salt if necessary. Serve immediately. /Masukkan sedikit air tutup kuali biarkan sehingga lala terbuka. Akhir sekali masukkan bawang besar dan daun bawang. Sedia dihidang.

Lala Goreng bersama sos taucho memang menu kegemaran di kebanyakan restuaran Cina. Mudah dibuat edap dan sedap dimakan. Sedap dimakan bersama nasi panas. Bagi yang suka meratah menu ini amat sesuai kerana tidak pedas.

Salam Nieza, memang syok meratah ni. Kak beli 2 kilo 1 kilo masak taucho dan 1 kilo masak lomak. Ikut kerenah anak-anak. Tapi kali ini lalanya agakkecik sedikit tetapi dah tekak nak makan kak buat jugala.
