This easy to prepare dish make hearty one-pot meal for the family. Serve well with bread or steamed rice. I got this recipe from Women's Weekly. Tasty simple and really easy to prepare.

Heat 1 liter clear chicken stock and 2 tsp minced ginger in a pot over high fire. Bring to boil. Add 2 cups of shredded chicken, 420g creamed corn, 310 g corn kernels, 3 stalks sliced spring onions and 2 tsp sesame oil. Simmer for 2 minutes. In a bowl whisk 1 eggs and pour into soup, stirring to form egg strands. Serve topped with spring onion.


Soup yang mudah dan enak, sesuai kalau yang mempunyai anak kecil. Sesuai makan dengan nasi atau roti. Resipi sumber dari Women's Weekly, saya tertarik dengan ramuannya yang mudah dan terus mencuba.
