A simple dish serve with steamed rice. The crusted sesame chicken was a leftover from dinner and I used it for this vegetables dish. If you don't like it spicy that you can omit the chili paste and stir fry the Chinese using oyster sauce. This is really tasty and satisfying
Spicy Crusted Sesame Chicken With Broccoli

For The Crusted Chicken
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite sizes
½ cup sesame seeds
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
- In large food storage heavy-duty plastic bag, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger root, brown sugar, and sesame oil and mix well. Add chicken; seal bag, and squish to coat chicken with marinade.
- Place in bowl and refrigerate for 8 hours.
- When ready to eat, remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Dip chicken in sesame seeds to coat on all sides.
- Heat olive oil and butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
- Carefully turn chicken and cook for 3–6 minutes on second side or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and sesame seeds are toasted. Set aside
For The Stir Fry Broccoli
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 tbsp chili paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
3-inch piece of ginger, peeled and grated
3 cups broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Soy sauce, to taste
- Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok. Cook the chiles until fragrant, then add the garlic and ginger and cook over medium heat until soft and golden.
- Add the broccoli and cook, stirring constantly over high heat until crisp-tender. Add the vegetable broth and turn the heat the medium.
- Simmer until most of the broth has simmered away. Add the crusted sesame chicken and drizzle the sesame oil over. Cook, stirring, just until the chicken is hot through. Season to taste with soy sauce and serve over white rice.

Ayam ini sebenarnya saya buat untuk makan malam. Kadang-kadang tekak nak makan simple, saya buat ayam ala- KFC tetapi menggunakan bijan, makan ratah-ratah macam tu aje. Ada lebih keesokkan saya goreng dengan brokoli udah jadi menu lain. Kalau setakat hendak goreng sayur tak perlulah hendak renyah-renyah macam ni tetapi ini kes "recycle" ayam bijan. Kalau tak nak pedas tak payah gunakan pes cili bolehlah goreng Chinese style. Apa pun sedap makan dengan nasi.
