STEAMED CARAMEL CAKE / APAM GULA HANGUS




Quick and easy steamed caramel cupcakes perfect for tea or breakfast. Also known as Bolu Sakura in Indonesia. Soft and spongy.

Dah lama tak buat apam ini, cadangnya nak kukus pakai loyang...tetapi tukar pada acuan Puteri Ayu..suka kecil-kecil macam senang masak dan senang diuruskan. Suka rasa gula hangus dan apam ni lembut dan sedap.

hb asma selalu kata emak dia rajin buat apam nih masa dia kecik2 dulu,kalau akak kata sedap boleh cuba nih..amek resipi..mana tau dia suka pulak nantikan..
