DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA MUFFINS



Double Chocolate here refers to cocoa powder and chocolate chips in the muffins. These muffins have a nice combinations of cocoa and banana.  They’re very satisfying as breakfast or as a snack. The muffins are also very soft, tender and moist inside, though the have a good firm feel to their muffin tops (not too soft, like a cupcake). Most muffins can be served warm or at room temperature, but I would definitely recommend serving these just warm enough that the chocolate is slightly melty when you take a bite.

You can adjust the sweetness of the muffins so they  aren’t too sweet, great breakfast or tea treats over a cup of coffee.
Double Chocolate Banana Muffins


Menghasilkan 8-11 biji muffin

Ingredients A
1 1/2 cup flour / 1 1/2 cwn tepung
1 cup sugar / 1 cwn gula * izah kurangkan setengah
1/4 cup cocoa powder / 1/4 cwn serbuk koko
1 tsp baking soda/ 1 sk baking soda
12 tsp salts / 1/2 sk garam
1/4 tsp baking powder /1/4 sk baking powder
Ingredients B
1/13/ cup mashed banana / 1 1/3 cwn pisang lecek
1/3 cup vegetable oil / 1/3 cwn minyak sayur
1 egg /1 biji telur
1 cup chocolate chips/ 1 cwn coklat chips

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl / Di dalam mangkuk yang besar, satukan semua 6 bahan-bahan pertama.
  2. In another bowl combine banan, oil and eggs. / Di dalam mangkuk kecil yang lain, satukan pisang lecek, minyak dan telur.
  3. Pour Ingredients B over Ingredients A and mix till combine./ Gaul sebati kemudian masukkan ke dalam bahan kering tadi. Sebatikan tapi jangan overmix. 
  4. Add in the chocolate chips / Masukkan coklat chip. Gaul rata. 
  5. Spoon mixture 3/4 full in muffins pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180. If you want to add in slice of banan on top of muffin, remove muffins from oven after 10 minutes baking and top with the slice banana. Rebake till cook. /Cedukkan adunan ke dalam cawan muffin 3/4 penuh. Bakar pada suhu 180 C selama 20-25 minit. Sedia untuk di hidang.




Resipi yang saya kidnap dari IML, sedap muffins ini, satu kombinasi yang mantap antara koko dan pisang. Double chocolate di sini merujuk kepada 2 jenis chocolate yang digunakan dalam resipi ini..satu serbuk koko dan satu lagi chocolate chips. Saya juga letakkan hirisan pisang diatas muffins jika inginkan rasa pisang yang lebih mantap. Pisang saya letak selepas muffin dimasak dalam 10 minit, saya keluarkan dari oven dan letakkan pisang, lepas tu masukkan balik dan bakar sehingga masak. Muffin ini sesuai buat minum petang atau sarapan pagi.

wah mewah nya warne muffin pisang double coklat kak paty ni. trasa2 lagi kecoklatannya. tak sabar nak tunggu cucur yang comel tu. bulat2. agak2 cemana la alat yg buat cucur tu comel sungguh!
