Thank God I'm back...I thought my daughter Eyba's Rainbow cake would be my last blogging, I had a chronic gastristis and was warded for three days...my goodness it was a terrible pain. I learnt my lesson...it's important to take your meal on time and must be very careful in any medication you took. Lucky all that happened during the school holiday...alhamdulillah..i'm ok now and still resting.
This entry has been hanging for more then a week. Talam Permata Delima is our Malaysian favourite local "kuih", this is a new era "kuih talam"..the tradition one is simple and plain, I just made a little twist with the tradition version. This "kuih talam" is very interesting once you know the technique and the right measurement the sky is the limits for for any variations to it. For this "kuih Talam I mixed the big and small pearl sago, coloured the sago red and it looks like ruby stone in your "kuih talam". The texture is soft, creamy and definitely fantastic for tea.
