Cucok kodok, goreng pusang, kuih talam, muffins, cake and breads are few favourite recipes that we normally do with extra bananas at home. Yeah this is one of it.....and there are few variations of banana bread, eggless, chocolate, plain or with chocolate. This one I;m sharing with you is a great recipe from CookingTackles, soft, fluffy and moist. A cup of yogurt was added to the banana with chunks of chocolates. Really nice, serve best with cream or ice cream. I love it while it is still hot.

11/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup semi sweet dark chocolate, chop
Grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper,
grease and flour the pan.
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into separate bowl
Beat in eggs one at a time and mix until smooth.
Add in yogurt and vanilla, mix well.
Slowly whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, fold in chop dark chocolate
With a rubber spatula, fold the batter and making sure it's all incorporated.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes, or until a cake tester placed in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Let it rest in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool.
Remove from the pan and cool it completely once again.
