I was once addicted to OREO Cookies. Without FAIL !! every time after driving back from work, I'll stopped to get a packet of oreo. It was a COMPULOSRY DESSERT for me, just like I can't live without OREO. I've stopped taking OREO the moment my doctor diagnosed that I got diabetic, from there on I started to loose sight of OREO, STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
I was quite sometimes that I haven't touch OREO until I saw this recipes in gracesweetlife com. OMG....she made an awesome OREO MINI CHEESECAKE...that I told myself..this time around I'm gonna break the rules. I got to try the recipe...it look's so sexy and gorgeous...so here I am with my OREO MINI CHEESECAKE. The recipe originated from Martha Stewart and as i blog walking I saw that many had tried and many had made a wonderful comments that I can't help myself but to try.
One think unique about this cakes, the OREO cookies was set right at the bottom of the cupcake...See...in almost every blog that had made this cake will expose the bottom of the cakes to highlight the cookies at the bottom. I did the same..but do bare with me my cakes were overly done...I over baked it...so if you would like to try a batch make sure you just let the cake set around 15 minutes and remove from the oven then it will looks whiter and much...much sexy..MINI OREO CHEESECAKE. It's yummy....and cautious could be addicted to it. Simple and easy to prepare you will definitely love this cheesecake.
42 cream-filled sandwich cookies, such as Oreos, 30 left whole, and 12 coarsely chopped / 42 keping biskut OREO, 30 biji dibiarkan sahaja manakala 12 lagi dicincang halus
2 pounds cream cheese, room temperature / 2 lb cream cheese
1 cup sugar / 1 cawan gula
1 tsp vanilla extract / 1 sdt vanila esen
4 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten / 4 biji telur dipukul sedikit
1 cup sour cream / 1 cawan krim masam
2 tbsp lemon zest / 2 sdb parutan kulit limau
2 tbsp lemon juice / 2 sdb jus lemon
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners. Place 1 whole cookie in the bottom of each lined cup.
2. With an electric mixer on medium high speed, beat cream cheese until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Gradually add sugar, and beat until combined. Beat in vanilla.
3. Drizzle in eggs, a bit at a time, beating to combine and scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Beat in sour cream and salt. Stir in chopped cookies by hand.
4. Divide batter evenly among cookie-lined cups, filling each almost to the top. Bake, rotating pan halfway through, until filling is set, about 22 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or up to overnight). Remove from tins just before serving.
Ini kes hendak lepaskan gian dengan OREO. Suatu ketika dahulu sebelum doktor mengesahkan saya mengidap kencing manis...inilah dessert harian saya. Setiap hari dikala dalam perjalanan pulang dari tempat kerja..wajib singgah convenient shop dekat rumah beli sepacket OREO. Sambil membaca akhbar di rumah sambil itulah saya kunyah..tak pernah miss. Lepas dinasihat oleh doktor jangan mengambil makanan manis barulah saya stop...sehinggalah baru ini blog walking terpandang resipi istimewa ini terus jatuh cinta kembali kepada OREO...Sebenarnya ramai sudah mencuba resipi asal dari Martha Stewart rata-rata menyatakan sedap...jadi tergerak juga hati ini hendak mencuba. Saya buat setengah adunan aje...takut nanti saya tidak berhenti mengunyahnya.
Resipinya mudah dan jika anda ingin membuatnya pastikan jangan terlalu masak macam saya sampai naik kekuningan. Keknya sepatut putih bersih...gebus gitu...saya dah agak terbakar sedikit. Bakar lebih kurang 15 minit cukup. Dah siap postkan tunjukkan buntut yang ada OREO...kebanyak yang sudah cuba resipi ini menggunakan post yang sama...jadi saya ikut.
Rasanya.?????..T entulah sedap OREO COOKIES + CHEESE = AWESOME!!!!!!!!
