LIGHT AND EASY SATURDAY WITH SUBWAY TUNA SANDWICH FOR BREAKFAST

This is not a store bought Tuna Subway Sandwich...in fact we don't have any Subway outlet here in Ipoh. The tuna sub is part of the Subway classics product line. My princess is now an expert in making any tuna sandwich. Well it's worth sending here for a day trip to KDU culinary school. The 6"bread was the normal baguette from TESCO STORE.

The tuna is made from tuna meat regular mayonnaise water and salts. The condiments normally included with this sub are lettuce, tomatoes, onion green peppers and cucumbers.

24 ounces chunk light tuna in water, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir vigorously to break chunks of tuna. Chill until cold.

2. Use an ice cream scoop to serve two scoops of tuna on each 6-inch sub roll.

Makes enough tuna for three 6-inch sandwiches.

HAVE A NICE WEEKEND
