BREAKFAST MENU - KOISIMI NA KUNG / CHENGMAI FRIED NOODLES / MEE GORENG CHENGMAI

This tasty noodle reminiscent of Malaysia Hailam Mee. In fact it has the same taste and used the same ingredients and seasoning except one thing unique about this recipe it used bamboo shoot which was something new to me. I have never tasted any noodles using bamboo shoot so gave myself a GO to try this recipe. Recipe adapted from Chef Wan cookbook. If you love Hailam Mee then you will love this Koisimi Na Kung!!!. Beriya-iya beritahu anak umi masak mee goreng Chengmai..dia orang pun excited...alih....alih....dia orang tanya pula saya mana Chengmainya.....macam Mee Hailam aje...hempeh....memang macam mee Hailan.
