Everyone knows that choosing the right foods is important to
staying healthy, during the fasting month, however there's no hard and fast rules as what food is suitable for sahoor ( pre dawn meal ), I went for beef burger last night, using all the store bought ingredients I piled these burgers with lettuce, egg banjo, slices of red pepper which add
colour, flavour - and goodness - to this meaty treat, while cucumber relish goes
perfectly.
That's my sahoor..simple yet satifying...alhamdulillah.
