GARLIC PAK CHOY


This is one of my favorite vegetable. The best part of this vegetable it is simple to cook. I sometime blanched the vegetables or stir fried with garlic. The ingredients are less and cooking is simple. Serve best with steam rice.

Ingredients :
500gm Siew Pak Choy
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
Method :
1. Heat oil in pan. Sautee chopped garlic and salt till fragrant.
2. Add in Siew Pak Choy and close the pan with cover for about a minute.
3. Opened up the cover and give it a few stir. Dish up and serve hot.

Pak Choy ini sedap makan begitu aje. tidak perlu banyak-banyak bahan. kadang-kadang saya celur aje, kadang-kadang saya goreng dengan bawang putih. Makan panas-panas dan sedap makan dengan nasi panas.
