BEAUTIFUL SUNDAY WITH CHICKEN AND CHEESE SANDWICH



Waking up to a fresh Sunday Morning feels great. Today I took my doctor advice to do my 30 minutes morning walk. I did that today, wake up as early as 5 am. Did my "Subuh Prayers" and shoot off to Ipoh Polo Field for my 30 minutes morning walk. My Goodness, I really feel good. My children have their weekend outing and left me with Eyba and Myraz. Both girls accompanied me with my morning walk.

It's gonna be leisure and lazy Sunday for me. Made a simple Chicken and Cheese Sandwich with my favorite Black Coffee for breakfast.This Chicken and Cheese Sandwich has all the things you love about piled onto a butter bread. You can use croissant if you like.

Sprinkle with your favorite spread, mayo, mustard, ketchup, chili sauce, anything fit this sandwich.

Chicken & Cheese Sandwiches
3-4 cooked chicken breasts (I boiled mine)
2 chopped hard boiled eggs 
1 onion sliced thinly
slice cucumber
slice fresh tomato
slice cheese
lettuce
bread, mayo and chili sauce
  • Preheat the broiler. Place the oil in a small ovenproof pan, add the chicken, and toss to coat on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Broil for 4 minutes. Flip the chicken over and broil for another 4 minutes. Leave the chicken to cool and shredded the chicken
  • Spread butter on both side of the bread, top with lettuce, fresh tomato, onions and cucumber.
  • Divide the cheese-covered chicken pieces  and sliced eggs between the two other slices of bread. Assemble the sandwiches and cut into quarters.
  • Sprinkles with mayo or chili sauce

Syukur Alhamdulillah, dipanjatkan lagi usia untuk menikmati keindahan bumi Allah ini. Istimewanya hari ini, akhirnya saya mengikuti nasihat doktor supaya memebuat 30 minute larian kecil setiap hari. Bermula hari ini akan jadilah rutin pagi saya, selesai aje solat subuh pagi tadi terus ke Padang Polo Ipoh bersama dengan dua anak gadis saya membuat "morning walk" saya. Saya ni memang liat bab-bab senaman ini tetapi kali ini saya mengambil pendirian yang tegas disokong pula oleh anak-anak saya kuatkan diri memulakan sesi baru dalam kehidupan saya.

Ya lah asyik masak..makan aje kurang senaman juga tidak sihat. Anak-anak yang lain ada jemputan "wedding" teman mereka jadi tidak pulang minggu ini, so hari minggu ini merupakan hari minggu untuk rengganggan otot-otot badan dan memanjakan diri. Saya nak relax sambil membaca. Untuk sarapan buat simple breakfast, Chicken & Cheese Sandwich, menu lengkap dengan kabohidrat, protein dan vitamin. Saya lebihkan salad. Bolehla ulang-ulang sehingga tengah hari dan tenguk mood kalau rajin tengah hari ini saya masak kalau tidak rasanya nak makan luar aje. - so ENJOY ya Chicken & Cheese Sandwich saya.

Pagi Mas...hem..akak pula tak puas makan gini...kena kejap-kejap ulang tapi dek kerana hari ini cuma tinggal tiga beranak aje..buat simple aje...SELAMAT BERHUJUNG MINGGU.

Salam Naz..tulah akak ni bab exercise ni cukup liat tapi udah kena warning dengan doctor..kena turunkan berat badan segera..dah masuk obes.... paksala diri.
