When come to crabs there's always 3  popular options, one the mamak curry style, second this pineapple yellow curry and third any Chinese Stir Fried Style. This Masak Lemak Nenas is popular among the Malays, The beauty of this recipe lies in the sweetness of crabs blended with the sweetness of pineapple. Not much ingredients required and making it is really simple. Serve best with rice, some ulam and sambal belacan,

In a large pot add crabs, water. 1/2 of the coconut milk, turmeric leaves and the pounded ingredients. Bring to boil. Covered and let the crab cook until the crab turn pinkish. Add pineapple and the balance 1/2 coconut milk. Simmer for a few minutes. Adjust taste and ready to serve.warm with rice.
