Salam and a very GOOD MORNING to ALL, as usual for week days breakfast I always prefer something simple and easy. Easy to prepare, easy to dine and easy to" tapau" - take away.  Today is American Breakfast again. I called this set 3, I have made twice with different version. This is the version with harsh brown potato, fresh fruits salad and cereal When come to American Breakfast it's always self service. The children will toast their own bread, get their cereals and made the drinks of their own choices.  So it is a bit relax for me, everything is on the table.
I just browned the ready made harsh potato and only got the eggs and baked beans ready. Really simple and easy. No rush and just enjoy this wonderful breakfast.

Balance your breakfast / brunch menu with a refreshing and colorful fruit salad of papaya, pineapple, oranges, and watermelon. This one is sweetened with honey and topped with coconut, so it's practically dessert.

  • 2 (20-ounce) cans cored pineapple, undrained
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 6 medium oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 watermelon, peeled, , and sliced
  • 1 dragon fruits, peeled halved and sliced
  • 2 papayas, peeled and cubed*
  • Garnishes: 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut, fresh mint leaves
  • Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Cut pineapple into cubes.
  • Stir together reserved juice, honey, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; add pineapple and remaining fruit, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill 8 hours. Garnish, if desired.
  • *2 mangoes, peeled and cubed, may be substituted.
