STIR FRIED STRING BEANS WITH CHICKEN TURMERIC/ KACANG PANJANG GORENG AYAM KUNYIT

One of a favorite dish in any Thai Restuarant in Malaysia. Simple and easy to make. My children love this so much, more often they finished up the chicken and left the string beans behind. Good combination if to serve with Tom Yam and Omelette.



Stir Fried String Beans With Chicken Turmeric


INGREDIENTS

3 cups chicken flesh/  3 cawan isi ayam
2 onions / 2 bawang besar
1 cup cut string beans / 1 cawan kacang panjang potong
3 red chilies cut digonal/ 3 biji cili merah potong menyerong.
Seasoning
3 tbsp oyster sauce/ 3 sdb sos tiram
1 tbsp turmeric powder / 1 sdb serbuk kunyit
salts to taste/ garam secukup rasa.
METHOD

  1. Marinate chicken with salts, turmeric  verand oyster sauce. Leave aside for a few minutes./Perapkan ayam dengan garam, kunyit dan sos tiram. Biarkan sebenar.
  2. Heat up oil and deep fry the chicken. Fry till golden brown and chicken is done. Remove and drain from oil put aside./ Panaskan minyak dan goreng ayam sehingga masak dan garing. Toskan dan ketepikan.
  3. In another wok, heat up 1/4 cup oil and saute onion and red chilies till fragrant, add salt to taste, add in string beans and fried chicken. Cook until string beans are done. Remove from heat and ready to serve./Dalam kuali yang lain panaskan 1/4 cawan minyak dan tumis bawang besar dan cili merah sehingga naik bau. Masukkan kacang panjang dan ayam yang digoreng tadi. Masukan garam secukup rasa. Sedia dihidang.

Kacang Panjang Ayam Kunyit adalahmenu kegemaran di mana-mana Restuarant Thai. Rasanya enak, lebih-lebih lagi jika ayam itu digoreng garing. Mudah dibuat, ringkas dan amat menyelerakan. Lebih enak kalau dipadankan dengan Tom Yam dan menu masakan Thai yang lain.
