This is a mouth watering Thai dish that Malaysian love so much. Irresistible dish !!! that's how I can described about this dish. A perfect side dish that compliment any main course especially if you are cooking a lot creamy dish. Well not only perfect as a side dish, it can even be a "stand alone dish" just have it as you are having ice cream. Simple to make with simple ingredients. All you need are
INGREDIENTS
Mango (shredded), 400g
 Shallots (thinly sliced), 2 
 Red Thai chili, 2-3
 Fish sauce, 3-4 tbsp
 Lime juice, 4-5 tbsp
 Dried shrimps, 20g
 Peanuts (toasted), 40g
 Palm sugar, 3-4 tbsp
 Dried anchovies (toasted), a handful (this is optional)
 Coriander, to garnish
 Method:
 1. Peel the green mango and shred with a zigzag peeler.
 2. Soak the mango in ice cold water to make it crispy.
 3. Slightly crush the chilies, shallots, dried shrimps and peanuts in  a mortar. Then, put in fish sauce, lime juice, and palm sugar. Mix  well.
 4. Pour in the above mixture into the sliced mango. Mix well.
 5. Garnish with some toasted anchovies and coriander. Serve as a side dish.

Kerabu Mangga Thai, siapa yang tidak akan tergoda dengan sajian ini, lebih-lebih lagi buat kaum wanita. Bukan sahaja makan dengan nasi malah meratah aje pun boleh berpinggan dibuatnya. Untuk resipi kali ini saya buat simple aje sebab bahan tidak mencukupi. Apa pun ini memang favorite saya, kadang-kadang tu buat untuk meratah aje. Menulis mengenainya pun dah buat air liur meleleh, memang sedaplah adik kembar som tam ni. Sila kan.

saya tertarik dgn resipi puan..tetapi kalau tulis resepi dalam bahasa melayu lagi okay...kita kengkadang tu tak paham...tenkiu
