This can be a dish and can be a snacks. Both ways go...I love it with rice or even porridge. Easy to prepare and you can make it advance by keeping it in air tight container. No specific recipe for this..all you need to do is to deep fried the peanuts.and anchovies..removed...leave about -2 tbsp of frying oil...add back the fried peanuts and anchovies, throw in  -2 slice onions and some green or red chillies....they are very addictive so watch out....
