INDIAN STYLE FRIED CABAGGE



Salah satu cara masakan sayur ala India yang saya suka. Mudah menyediakannya dan sedap. Boleh tambah carrot jika suka

Kobis Goreng ala India

YIELD: 4   PREP TIME: 15 minutes   COOK TIME: 


  • 1/2 kobis dihiris nipis
  • 5 tangkai cili kering dipotong 3
  • 1 sdt biji sawi
  • 1/2 sdt serbuk kunyit
  • 1 sdt erbuk ketumbar
  • 2  sdb minyak masak
  • garam secukup rasa
  • secubit asfoetida

Cara Menyediakannya

  1. Panaskan minyak tumis biji sawi sehinggameletup bunyinya
  2. Masukkan cili keringr, garam dan asfoetida
  3. Masukkan kobis, kunyit serbuk dan serbuk ketumbar
  4. Kacau rata masak ehingga kobis masak, jangan terlalu lama dan angkat
  5. Boleh tambah air jika perlu.
