APPLE-PLUM PASTRY PUFF


Saya menjadi begitu teruja bila saya mula menerokai dunia pastry dan puff. Cukup menarik...mudah dan berbagai resipi samada manis atau pedas boleh dicipta..pendek kata''the sky is the limit" for creativity in this pastry world. Saya lebih gemar menggunakan pastry yang siap dibeli kerana merasakan ianya berbaloi daripada membuat sendiri. dari pastry inilah saya mempelbagaikan hasilnya. Apple-Plum Pastry Puff ini adalah salah satu daripadanya.

Saya cuma menggunakan pastry sebagai basenya dan menyusun epal dan plum di atas. bakar dan taburkan gula ising..memang mantop..!!!!






Apple-Plum Pastry Puff

Ingredients

Pastry Sheet - any size
2 Apples skin, core and thinly slice
2 Plums thinly slice
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg slightly beaten
Powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F

In a bowl combine sliced apples with 2 tbsp of brown sugar. Allow to stand for 5 minutes

In another bowl combine slice plums with 2 tbsp of brown sugar. Allow to stand for 5 minutes

Cut pastry into preferred size, brush top of pastry with eggs...arranged apples and puls alternately.

Bake for 30 minutes or till golden brown.

Remove from oven allow to cool and dust with sugar powder
