SNICKERDOODLE MUFFINS



A very nice recipe that I found from sweetpeaskitchen.com. The muffins are soft and fluffy. The cinnamon and sugar give these muffins a nice and crunchy top while the muffin middles stay moist and tender. These muffins are best served warm straight out of the oven or warmed up in the microwave for a few seconds.
Muffins ini gebu dan putih. Cukup lembut seolah-olah cair dimulut. Saya dapatkan resipi ini dari sweetpeaskitchen.blogspot. First time saya membuat muffins menggunakan cream of tartar. Entah macam mana muffins saya ini agak gelap sedikit jika dibandingkan dengan original resipi. Apapun saya suka rasanya satu kombinasi hebat mengggunakan serbuk kayu manis.

Salam kak paty!!! selamat pagiiii!! akak sihat? kita semalam tak berblogging n blogwalking sbb layan budak2 n skrg bdn sakit2 lah pulak.. muffin tu nmpk sedap! yg popiah bersira tu lagi ler sedap, lama betul tak buat popiah, kena masuk list jugak nii :D
