Look's tempting ha!!!, it's marvelous, I love this drink, it's red dragon fruits delight. It's very refreshing.All you need to do - just blend the fruits with some lemon and honey...really fantastic.
Dragon Fruit, also known as Pittaya, is commonly found in South East Asia especially Vietnam and Malaysia. This nutrition-packed fruit is believed to be native to south Mexico but has found itself to be a firm favourite over here in Malaysia.
There is the white flesh variety and the other being the red flesh variety. Both come with tiny edible seeds not unlike kiwi fruit seeds.

For this juice recipe I used the red dragon fruits. Dragon Fruit contain high fiber and vitamin which helps the body to lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, reduce body heat. At the same time, Lemon contain high Vitamin C which helps in the human immune system. It’s believe that Lemon Dragon Fruit Juice is able to prevent the Arteriosclerosis （hardening of arteries）.
INGREDIENTS - for 1 serving
1/2 dragon fruits
1/4 lemon juice
3 tbsp honey
- Cut off the skin of Dragon Fruit and cut it into smaller pieces
- Squeeze the lemon for 1/4 juice
- Put dragon fruit, lemon, honey and ice into fruit juice blender
- Blend ingredients evenly and Lemon Dragon Fruit will be ready to be served
Minuman yang khasiat dan sihat, untuk resipi ini saya gunakan buah naga berwarna merah. Buah naga ini terdapat dua jenis satu yang putih dan satu yang merah. Saya campurkan lemon dan sedikit madu, blend semua bahan dengan ais, cukup enak!!!!
