PANDAN SPONGE CAKE



I found the recipe in Saji foodie magazine...it's simple and never fail me in getting great result. Ever since then I made a few variations, chocolate, orange, strawberry and this with pandan paste. The texture of cake is soft and fluffy. It's great for any birthday cake.
Resipi yang saya ambil dari majalah Saji sudah menjadi resipi favourite saya, mudah dan ringkas dan tak perlulu bimbang jika ianya akan menjadi atau tidak. Kita boleh mempelbagaikan dengan memasukkan perisa yang kita gemari. Untuk Hari Bapa kali ini saya masukkan perisa...pandan...lembut, gebu dan sedap.

Hi Patsy...how do u keep your whipped cream so firm and stiff...mine seems to become soft after a few minutes and makes it difficult to decorate and pipe:(
