KAILAN OYSTER SAUCE / KAILAN SOS TIRAM



Resipi favourite di mana-mana restoran Cina, sayur kailan tanpa dipotong dicelur dan dicurahkan dengan kuah sos tiram. Cukup mudah menyediakanya dan untuk memastikan keenakkannya  sayur jangan dicelur terlalu lama.

Kailan Oyster Sauce seem to be one of the favourite vegetable in any Chinese Restaurant. It's delicious and the crunchiness of a well cook kailan made this dish awesome

Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 genggam kailan
  • 3 ulas bawang putih
  • 2 sdb sos tiram
  • 1 sdb tepung jagung dibancuh bersama 3 sdb air
  • 1/2 sdt minyak bijan
  • 1 cawan air
  • 2 sdb minyak masak
  • garam dan lada sulah secukup rasa
    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Masak air dalam periuk dan titiskan sedikit minyak masak
    2. Celur sayur  Kailan, jangan terlalu lama angkat tos dan susun atas pinggan
    3. Dalam kuali lain panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang putih sehingga naik baunya dan masukkan sos tiram, garam dan lada sulah
    4. Biarkan mendidih seketika dan masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung
    5. Bila kuah agak pekat sedikit angkat dan curah keatas sayur tadi.
    6. Taburkan bawang goreng semasa menghidang
