CHINESE STEAM CHICKEN / AYAM KUKUS CINA

Resipi yang cukup mudah disediakan. Biasanya makan dengan nasi panas atau pun nasi ayam. Api kukusan perlu besar supaya ayam mudah masak.

Ayam ini sedap dihidang bersama cili sos atau pun sos tiram.

 Serves: 8
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ekor ayam dipotong 20-24 (macam buat nasi ayam
  • 2" halia dihiris nipi
  • 5 batang daun bawang dipotong " panjang
  • garam secukup rasa
Bahan untuk perap

  • 3 sdb kicap cair
  • 2 sdt minyak bijan
  • 1 sdt lada serbuk hitam
  • garam secukup rasa

Gaul semua bahan dan lumur pada ayam perap lebih kurang 1 jam
    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Panaskan kukusan pada api besar
    2. Susun ayam atas pinggan kukusan
    3. Taburkan halia dan daun bawang
    4. Kukus sehingga empuk.
