POTATO CHEESE CROQUETTES / KROKET KEJU-KENTANG



These finger foods have a creamy cheesy fillings. Perfect for cocktail party or as an appetizer. Really cheesy and cheese lover will definitely love this.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups cold mashed potatoes / 2 cawan kentang lecek
1 egg beaten / 1 biji telur dipukul
1 cup cheddar cheese cut into cubes / 1 cawan keju cheddar potong kube
1/2 tsp white peppercorns / 1/2 sdt lada sulah
1/4 teaspoon salt / 1/4 sdt garam

Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.

Breaded Ingredients

2 cups breadcrumbs / 2 cawan serbuk roti
2 beaten eggs / 2 biji telur di pukul

PREPARATIONS
  • Form into golf size croquettes. Insert cheese and seal. Flatten the potato dough./ Bentuk bola sebesar bola golf. Masukkan inti keju dan tutup kemas
  • Beat eggs and place second bowl. / Pukul telur dalam mangkuk kedua
  • Place bread crumbs in third bowl. / Letakkan serbuk roti dalam mangkok ketiga
  • Dip each croquette in the egg and then roll in the crumbs. / Celupkan bebola kentang tadi dalam telur dan salurkan dengan serbuk roti
  • Fry in deep fat until golden brown.  /Goreng sehingga kekuningan
  • Drain on paper towels and serve while very hot  / Angkat dan toskan. Saji panas-panas.

Kroket keju kentang ini sedap dimakan panas-panas. Bagi pengemar keju memang tidak akan tahan melihat lelehan keju dalamkroket ini. Kalau rajin buat sedikit salsa timun, cukup sinonim kalau digandingkan bersama
