ZUCCHINI FRITTERS / CUCUR TIMUN JEPUN


This was my new discovery. I've heard about it..but honestly don't have the urge to try....it doesn't sound great until I tried....wow obviously its damn delicious and I really love it...

Easy to prepare and importantly..its healthy and great if you are vegetarian. I have some leftover fava bean and I added to this fritters..you can also use chickpeas...its a good combination.



Zucchini Fritters


yield: 8 pcs  
prep time: 15 minutes 
cook time: 15 minutes 
total time: 30 minutes
This easy sand nutritious  fritters are perfect for breakfast and for vegetarian.

INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 cawan timun yang diparut toskan airnya
  • 1 biji bawang besar dipotong dadu
  • 2 biji cili hijau dihiris nipis
  • 1/2 cawan kacang fava (optional)
  • 1 biji telur
  • 1/2 cawan tepung
  • 1 sdt serbuk cili
  • 1 sdt serbuk kari
  • garam secukup rasa
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng

DIRECTIONS:










Satukan semua ahan dan gaul rata













Panaskan minyak dalam kuali...guna kuali leper, minyak jangan anyak

Sudukan adunan dan goreng sehingga kekuningan

Angkat dan toskan

Hidang bersama sour cream
