STIR FRIED STRING BEANS WITH LIVER/KACANG PANJANG GORENG HATI

String Beans again..... well it's my favorite vegetables. I have a long recipe list on string beans. Anything new I will definitely try.  This is one of my favorite. Less ingredients yet yummy. 



Stir Fried String Beans With Liver



INGREDIENTS
15 string beans cut into 2"/ 15 kacang panjang potong 2' panjang
5 chicken liver cut into 4/ 5 ketul hati ayam potong 4
1 onion slice/ 1 biji besar mayang
3 red chilies slice diagonal/ 3 cili merah potong serong
1/2 cup chicken stock/ 1/2 cawan stok ayam
1 tbsp turmeric powder/ 1 sdb serbukm kunyit
salts and pepper to taste/lada sulah dan garam secukup rasa.
sufficient oil to deep fried liver/minyak secukupnya untu goreng hati
1/4 cup for saute vegetables/ 1/4 cawan minyak untuk menumis.
METHOD
  1. Marinate liver with turmeric powder and salts. Deep fried and keep aside./Gaulkan hati dengan garam dan kunyit, goreng hingga garing, angkat dan ketepikan.
  2. Heat oil and add onion and red chilies, add pepper, salts and chicken stocks. / Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang besar, masukkan cili merah dan stok ayam, garam dan lada sulah. 
  3. When the gravy is about to thick add the string beans and fried liver. Fried for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Ready to serve/ Biarkan kuah pekat sedikit masukan kaccang panjang dan hati goreng tadi. Masak jangan terlalu lama. Angkat dan hidang.

Cara terbaik untuk menggunakan hati ayam. Biasanya kalau memasak kita jarang menggunakan hati ayam, kerap kali terbuang begitu aje. Jangan bazir gunakannya untuk dimasak dengan apa-apa sayur.  Sodap.....
