Alhamdulillah sudah lama berhajat untuk membuat "chart" mengenai sukatan bahan-bahan baking ini tetapi itulah masa tidak mengizinkan, akhirnya hari ini terlaksana juga. 

Rasanya dengan adanya chart ini memudahkan kerja kerana kerap kali kita akan menjadi keliru jika kita menggunakan resipi dari luar..US, UK dan Australia semua mempunyai sukatan berbeza dan mengelirukan...yang sukarnya sehingga kini masih belum ada sukatan yang standard.
