Masyallah...this is simply delicious..it's a casserole, or layered stuff French Toast...or what ever the name given...am gonna say it's so..so good..and I love it so much....
BEEF, CHEESE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE / ROTI LAPIS DAGING

This caserole is made of layer of french toast sandwich in between beef filling, topped with luxurious shredded cheese.
Serves: 12
INGREDIENTS
Untuk Rotinya- 12 keping roti
- 5 biji telur
- 1 cawan susu segar
- 1 1/2 cawan cheddar cheese parut
- garam dan lada sulah secukupnya
- Pukul telur (pukul ringan) dan masukkan susu dan garam.
- Letak sebelah, digunakan nanti untuk melapis roti
Untuk Intinya
- 1 packet daging kisar
- 2 biji bawang besar dipotong dadu
- 1 biji c1rrot dipotong dadu
- 1/2 cawan kacang peas tin
- 3 ulas bawang putih *
- 1" halia *
- 3 sdb rempah biryani/korma/kari*
- 2 sdb minyak masak
- garam dan perasa secukupnya
- Bawang putih dan halia ditumbuk dan digaulkan bersama rempah biryani
- Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang besar sehingga layu
- Masukkan bancuhan rempah biryani dan kacau sehingga garing
- Masukkan daging kisar, kacau rata dan masukkan sedikit air
- Masukkan carrot, garam dan perasa
- Biar atas api sehingga masak dan agak kering
- Akhir sekali masukkan kacang peas...angkat dan sejukkan
INSTRUCTIONS
- Oleskan dulang pembakar dengan butter
- Celup roti dalam adunan telur tadi dan susuh dalam loyang pembakar
- Taburkan inti, dan terus melapis roti dan inti berselang seli sehingga habis
- Akhir sekali taburkan cheese dan bakar pada suhu 180 C selama 30 -45 minit atau sehingga kekuningan
NOTES
- Boleh digantikan daging dengan ayam mahupun tuna.
