Stir Fried String Beans With Dried Shrimps, this is delicious dish. Surprisingly the children will scoop the sambal shrimps. Serve with hot rice, a perfect vegetables for lunch or dinner.
Stir Fried String Beans With Dried Shrimps |
INGREDIENTS
15 string beans cut into 2" / 15 batang kacang panjang potong 2"
9 red chilies/ 9 biji cili merah
7 shallots/ 7 biji bawang merah
5 cloves garlics/ 5 ulas bawang putih
1/2 cup dried shrimps- soak/ 1/2 cawan udang kering -direndam
1/2 cup fresh shrimp/ 1/2 cawan udang hidup
1/2 cup chicken stock/ 1/2 cawan stock ayam
salt to taste/ garam secukup rasa
METHOD
- Blend chilies, shallot, garlic and dried shrimps. Put aside/ Blend cili, bawang merah, bawang putih dan udang kering. Letak sebelah.
- Heat up oil, saute blended ingredients fragrance. Add fresh shrimps.chicken stock and salt taste. Stir fry till thickened. Add in string beans. Continue stir fry for 5 minutes, and off heat and ready to serve./ Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan blended tadi sehingga naik bau dan garing. Masukkan udang hidup, stok ayam dan garam secukup rasa. Masak sehingga pekatsedikit baru masukkan kacang panjang. Masak lagi 5 minit. Padamkan api dan sedia dihidang.
