BEST EVER 54 CARROT LAYERED CAKE


Best Ever 54 Carrot Cake - I love carrot cake and I baked this and named it 54 Best Ever Carrot Cake in conjunction with my 54 birthday. This cake really rocked its so good and moist, it has got it all, applesauce, coconut, pineapple, shredded carrots, and walnuts. 

Frost with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with chopped nuts.





Super Moist Carrot Cake

  • 2 cawan walnuts panggang dan dadukan
  • 2 1/2 cawan tepung naik sendiri SRF 
  • 1 1/2 sdt serbuk kayu manis
  • 1/2 sdt serbuk pala
  • 1 sdt baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cawan gula perang 
  • 1 cawan minyak jagung 
  • 4 biji telur 
  • 3 cawan carrots parut
  • 1 cawan kelapa kering
  • 1 cawan nenas tin cincang
  • 1/2 cawan applesauce - saya guna baby applesauce

Preparation


  1. Panakan oven to 350°. 
  2. Ayak tepung, serbuk kayu mani, serbuk pala, dan baking soda. 
  3. Pukul telur dan minyal pada medium sp lincin. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji. Masukkan bahan kering di  ikuti dengan carrot, kelapa kering, applesauce dan nenas. Gaul rata.
  4. Bahagi adunan kepada tiga dan bakar selama 20 minit setiap satu. 
  5. Keluar dari oven dan sejukkan.
Untuk Cheese Frosting
  • 1 buku krim cheese 250 g
  • 125 g mentega
  • 3 cawan gula ising
  • 2 sdb jus lemon
  • 1 sdb kulit lemon

Pukul mentega dan cheese sehingga putih. Masukkan gula ising, jus lemon dan kulit lemon. Pukul sehingga sebati.
Sapukan cheese frosting pada setiap lapis dan taburkan baki walnut atas kek.
