This is one of my 2011 Raya Cookies Collection. Recipe adapted from SAJI - Syawal Issue. This cookie is crunchy, crispy and chocolaty. A simple cookie enhanced with chocolate and strawberry choc coating. I love this
250 g butter/250 g mentega
70 g icing sugar /70 g gula ising
2 tbsp honey / 2 sdb madu
180 g ground oats /180 g oats kisar
140 g cornflour /140 g tepung jagung
60 g rice flour /60 g tepung beras
190 g flour /190 tepung gandum
½ tsp coffee oil / ½ sdt ninyak kopi
Pink Cooking chocolate
1. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in honey / Pukul mentega dan gula sehingga kembang. Masukkan madu.
2. Add coffee oil oats and all the dry ingredients. / Masukkan minyak kopi, oats dan kesemua bahan kering.
3. Mix well and rest dough for 10 minutes/Kacau sehingga sebati dan rehatkan doh selama 10 minit.
4. Roll and cut with circle cookie cutter and bake at 170 c for 20 minutes/ Canai dan terap menggunakan acuan bulat dan bakar selama 20 minit pada suhu 170 C.
5. Cool dan dip in cooking chocolate. Drizzle with pink cooking chocolate/Sejukan dan celup dalam cokalat cair. Hiasa dengan cokolate merah jambu.
