SUNDAY SIMPLE DAILY RECIPES - KOBIS LEMAK PUTIH, TEMPE GORENG CABE IJO AND CHEESE OMELETTE

Kobis Lemak Putih/Cabbage in Coconut Milk

Tempeh Petai Ijo /Tempeh, Stink Beans in Green Chili Sambal

Cheese Omelette/ Telur Dadar Keju

These were simple daily dishes, but trust me they make a great combination of colors on your plate and real satisfying. I love these combinations.


Ingredients :
200 g cabbage - cut into bite sizes / 200 g kobis hiris halus 

4 fresh red chilies - slice thinly / 4 biji cili merah hiris halus
100 g shrimp - shrimps shelled / 100 g udang hidup dibuang kulit
1 big onion - slice thinly / 1 biji bawang besar hiris halus

3 cups coconut milk / 3 cawan santan
1 cup water /1 cawan air
salts to taste / garam secukup rasa
1/2 tsp chicken cube/ 1/2 sdt kube ayam


Preparation :
  1. Boil 1 cup of water add cabbage, slice onion, chilies, and shrimps.
  2. Stir well until cabbage and shrimps are done.
  3. Add coconut milk, salt chicken cube to taste. Bring to boil.
  4. When vegetables are cooked, serve.

Cuaca di luar cukup cantik hari ini. Hujan begitu lebat sekali, baru terasa sejuk dan nyaman, memang cukup mantap untuk beradu. Sudah makan tengah hari semua dan mungkin sekarang sedang memikir apa hendak buat untuk sajian petang. Kalau di ikut-ikutkan cuaca ni sedap kalau dapat Kopi O dan ubi rebus. Tapi sayang semua bahan tidak ada. Tnegah hari tadi masak apa?

Menu dirumah saya hari ini simple aje...masak lemak putih kobis, petai/tempeh goreng cabe ijo dan telur dadar. Simple tetapi merupakan kombinasi yang cukup menyelerakan. Saya sengaja masak nasi biarkan lembik sedikit...wah...dengan cuaca begini...memang laju betul.

Salam Diana, akak pun tak makan petai tapi akak suka ambik baunya aje. kalau buat sambal tumis akak masukkan dengan kulit, akak makan kulit aje, sodap.
