WHITE CHOCOLATE BANANA MUFFIN



These sweet banana muffins are full of mashed bananas and white chocolate chips. The textures  are moist and dense. Bananas and white chocolate made a perfect combination.


No limitation to this recipe, you can use the normal chocolate or dark chocolate.


Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

(12 muffins)


1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk
3 bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoons nutella, softened



Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 12 serving muffin tin and line with papers. 

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a small saucepan. Allow to cool slightly. 

Beat together the sugar and 2 eggs until light and fluffy. 

Beat in butter, vanilla and finally buttermilk. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. 

Stir the banana into the wet mixture and then gently fold in the dry ingredients. When 90% incorporated fold in the nutellla and then chocolate chips.
Scoop into prepared muffin tins and bake for approximately 25 minutes in preheated oven. Allow to cool

Biasalah saya ini kalau orang kata A saya kata B. Resipi ini sebenarnya adalah chocolate chip banana muffin, saja saya tukar chipsnya kepada white chocolate chips, saje nak tenguk hasilnya. Yeah.....tak ada bezanya dari rasa cuma beza dari rupa adalah. Sedap muffins ini dimakan panas-panas. SELAMAT MENCUBA.
