When I saw this in Ayu's http://curlybabesatisfaction.blogspot.com/2011/08/biskut-anzac.html, it brought me back down memory lane of my mother in law, a person who taught me to make these cookies. My MIL who married to an Australia air forces is an expert in making these cookies. I haven't seen her for almost 10 years and I haven't made these cookies for the same period until when I saw Ayu's version of ANZAC cookies, intrigued me to bake one batch of it.
A little context here - An Anzac biscuit is a sweet biscuit popular in Australia and New Zealand, made using rolled oats, flour, desiccated coconut, sugar, butter, golden syrup, bicarbonate of soda and boiling water. Anzac biscuits have long been associated with the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) established inWorld War I.- extracted from Wikipedia

These cookies are really versatile you can shape it anything you like, can make it thin or thick the taste remain delicious. I love these cookies tasty and really no fuss.

Cukup Ranggup.
