Chicken Chop falls under "western" one dish meal and is a popular and favorite menu.
The sides serve along with this dish include french fries, dinner rolls, colelaws and salad. Favorite sauce include black pepper, mushroom sauce and for Asian, chili sauce.
There are few version of Chicken Chop served in Restuarant and Cafe, the famous are the breaded chicken chop and the grilled chicken chop.This recipe is for the breaded chicken chop using breadcrumbs. It is simply simple and easy both for the ingredients and preparations. You can prepare in advance, frozen and deep fried when needed. Perhaps you can try this for dinner!!!!
Breaded Chicken Chop

Chicken thighs, deboned and pounded to medium thickness / Peha atau
dada ayam
yang telah dibuang tulang, diketuk-ketuk supaya nipis dan mudah masak
Flour, for dusting / tepung gandum untuk membalut
2 eggs beaten / 2 biji telur ayam dipukul
2 cups breadcrumbs / 2 cawan serbuk roti
Oil for cooking / minyak untuk menggoreng
Marinade:
Soy sauce / kicap cair
Worchestershire sauce / Worchestershire sos ataupun BBQ sos
Black pepper / Lada hitam
PREPARATIONS
Marinate the chicken thighs in soy sauce, worchestershire sauce and
black pepper for
3 hours or overnight. Remove from marinade and pat dry ./Perapkan ayam
dengan sos
kicap, worchestershire dan lada hitam minimum 3 jam atau
sebaik-baiknya semalaman. Alihkan daripada pemerapan dan keringkan.
Dust the thighs in some flour, shaking off the excess flour.Dip in a
bowl of beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs./Salutkan ayam dengan tepung, goyangkan untuk keluarkan lebihan tepung. Celup ayam dalam telur yang dipecahkan dan golekkan ke atas serbuk roti,
Heat some oil in pan and fry the chicken thighs on both sides until
brown. /Panaskan minyak dan goreng ayam sehingga kekuningan dan masak. Angkat
dan toskan
BLACK PEPPER SAUCE
3 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp flour / 2 sdb tepung
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cream / 1/2 cawan krim
PREPARATIONS
- In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and brown slightly. Add pepper and heat for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Add flour, stir and add beef broth and bring to boil stirring all the
time
- Add cream, bring to boil reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes until sauce is reduced

Salam Kak Pah dalam resipi ini ianya lebih kurang santan...boleh letak susu cair atau pun susu segar tapi rasanya kureng sedikit. Makanan Mat Salleh nimemang banyak pakai krim....
