CHICKEN SORRENTO



Menu yang paling mudah disediakan, ayam diperap bersama lada sulah dan garam kemudian digrill bila agak masak dicurahkan Italian dressing reneh seketika dan diangkat Sajikan bersama sayur celur kegemaran anda. Ringkas dan tidak sampai 30 minit menu menarik ini siap tersedia buat santapan

Saya menggunakan resipi Sally Baking Addiction untuk Italian Dressing tetapi kalau hendakkan lagi murah boleh aje guna yang di kedai...sama aje rasanya



Homemade Italian Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup (180ml) extra virgin olive oil1
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) white  vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey or granulated sugar (imperative to balance out that vinegar)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake until the mixture well-combined. Taste the dressing and add more herbs or seasonings if desired.
  2. Store the dressing in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake before using.
