PASTRY CREAM FOR PUFF AND TARTLETS


Banyak cara menyediaka cream pastry untuk puff dan tart. Saya kongsikan di sini resipi yang kedua yang tidak jauh berbeza dengan resipi pertama





Pastry Cream

  • 500ml susu full cream 
  • 85g gula pasir
  • 40g tpg gandum
  • 30g tpg jagung
  • 1 sd mkn vanila
  • 75g butter


  1. Masukkn semua bahan dalam kuali KECUALI butter
  2. Masak sambil kacau guna whisk sampai adunan jadi pekat.kacau tu supaya adunan tidak berketul2. Bila dah pekat.. Masukkaan butter.
  3. Kacau sebati..sejukkan..
