My favourite recipe and always stick to this. Never fail me an evergreen cookies for any festive.

My Melt In Mouth Pineapple Tarts Balls

  • 350 g tepung
  • 4 sdb tepung jagung
  • 1/4 sdt garam
  • 250 g mentega
  • 1 biji kuning telur
  • 3 sdb air ice
  • 6 sdb gula icing
  • 1/2 sdt vanilla
  • 1 biji kuning telur dicampur 1 sdb air buat sapuan
Cara Menyediakannya

  1. Satukan bahan kering, tepung, tepung jagung dan garam
  2. Pukul mentega dengan ising sugar kira-kira 5 minit.
  3. Masukkan kuning telur.
  4. Masukkan vanilla
  5. Akhir sekali masukkan bahan kering gaul rata dan masukkan air sejuk.
  6. Bulat-bulatkan dan isikan inti.
  7. Sapukan atas bulatan dengan kuning telur dan bakar 15 - 20 minit
Untuk Tarts ini saya gunakan jam yang siap dibeli mudah dan ringkas
