It’s amazing what can happen when you become mad about
macarons!
I was once afraid of making macaron something like I described nice to see, nice to eat but not for baking one. I've heard of many failures and that really push me off...however after meeting Sifu Nurainie Tan and with her guidance...I broke the macaron spell and now I am happy that I can made my own macaron and I am beginning to be macaron fanatic.
OMG it's macaron every week..trying different colours and different flavours. Today I am not going to share any recipes but just like to walk you through some of the multi colours and multi flavour
macaron.......who wouldn’t be intrigued with these fabulous French dessert?
Well I'm trying more from sifu Nurainie Tan....and continue with me...I'm preparing one for my niece engagement..so if you have gone through a bad experience with macaron..never..never give up...there's so many books and there are macaron classes that you can enroll yourself..so what is important don't miss the thrill and fun of making one. I'm now trying to learn and finding more about macaron packaging ...who knows in a matter of time I could be macaron suplliers...ha...ha....Thinking BIG ha....Insyallah.

Anonymous...if you read most macaron books they call for the eggs to be kept in the fridge for 3 days. What you need to do separate egg whites from yolk and store in a container and kept in fridge. Take out and allow for room temperature before you whisk it.
