I just made this for breakfast this morning. Who says we can't have pasta for breakfast. May be the Italian don't be we Malaysian love to have heavy breakfast, so pasta for breakfast is not unusual in fact when I made it EVERYONE LOVED it!! I used fettuccine and it was delicious! Fettuccine loaded with diced sausage and fresh tomato. I can see many possibilities for variations. Definitely a keeper! Really good. I think it's just the perfect blend between the pasta and sausage!!! This pasta with sausage is just so tasty and quick to make that it has quickly become one of my very favourite pasta dishes.
It requires so few ingredients… This is probably the king of time crunch recipes. You can have this on the table in under 20 minutes.
And of course breakfast pasta pair well with tuna baguette so enjoy your breakfast.

- Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Sprinkle with coriander leaves
