I was looking for more adventure in making do with stale or left over bagutte and found this...ha..ha...interesting enough..you can eat it as dessert or even for breakfast.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon powder and it took you to the next level..ha..ha..as if you are having cinnamon bun...AWESOME!!!!!!
Mini French Toast/ Bagutte
- Roti Perancis dihiris nipis
- 2 biji telur ayam
- 60 ml susu segar
- 2 sdb gula castor
- 2 sdb mentega
- 2 sdb gula ising
- 1 sdt seruk kayu manis
Cara menyediakanya
- Pukul telur dan gula castor
- Masukkan susu segar
- Kacau rata dan sebati
- Panaskan kuali dan leserkan dengan mentega
- Celur roti dalam adunan telur dan goreng sehingga kekuningan.
- Angkat dan sejukkan
- Semasa menghidang taurkan gula ising dan seruk kayu manis
