GARLIC DIJON CHICKEN


Resipi mudah main campak-campak aje, bleh dibakar,,, boleh di grill dan boleh juga di guna slow cooker. Perapkan ayam seketika supaya meresap dalam isi. Sedap dimakan sebagai one meal dish atau untuk filling sandwich


Garlic Dijon Chicken

SERVINGS 4-6 UNITS 

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 1⁄2 lbs chicken pieces (I usually use 5-6 pieces, depending on size)
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato quarted
  • 5 mushroom halved
  • 1 yellow onion


DIRECTIONS

  1. For immediate cooking: Preheat oven to 350°F Place all ingredients into a large baking dish, turn chicken to coat. Bake until chicken juices run clear (45-60 minutes for chicken pieces, or 20-30 minutes for chicken breasts).
