URAP JAGUNG / CORN WITH GRATED COCONUT

 
This easy cooked corn is made with fresh corn kernels, grated coconut and sugar..
So...so...simple and so...so ...GOOD.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh corn kernels, about 6 ears
  • 1 cup white grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

In a pot over medium-low heat boil 5 cups of water add the fresh corn kernels; cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

Sprinkle with the salt.. When cooked drain corn and let it cool

In a mixing bowl add grated coconut, sugar and corn. Toss and mix well. Ready to serve.
