Tired of rice???? Fed up with daily dish??? well I faced that situation and I made this dish. I just can't stop eating, The best part of it I added 1 tsp of " sambal kicap" the sambal eaten with "soto"....ghee.....it makes this soup more umphnnnnn.....
INGREDIENTS
100 gm chicken fillet / 100 gm fillet ayam
2 potatoes cut into wedges / 2 biji kentang potong memanjang
1 carrot cut into cube / 1 batang lobak merah potong mendadu
1 celery cut diagonal / 1 batang celery potong menyerong
fried shallots / .bawang goreng
some scallion chopped / daun bawang daun sup
1 litre chicken stock / 1 litre stok ayam
For the soup paste
5 cloves garlic / 5 ulas bawang putih
5 shallots / 5 biji bawang merah
1" ginger / 1" ginger
3 tbsp soup powder / 3 sdb rempah sup
Blend all ingredients to wet paste / Blend semua bahan menjadi pes basah.
PREPARATIONS
Boil chicken stock. Add the soup paste. Add potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are tender
Add in chicken fillet, carrot and celery.Simmer again until all vegetables are done. Finally add macaroni.
Add seasoning to taste,
Ready to serve

Jemu dengan nasi????? Bosan dengan masakan harian??????...hem saya pernah melalui situasi seperti ini sampau udah tak tahu apa nak masakm jadi saya buat sup makaroni ni, mengenyangkan juga sihat tidak berminyak dan berkhasiat. Supaya tidak muak saya masukkan sedikit sambal kica[, sambal yang digunakan untuk makan soto....mak aiiiii.......sodap berulang-ulang dibuatnya. Tak caya, cuba tenguk pasti anda akan setuju dengan saya.
