Good Morning and Asalamualaikun All, It's Monday !!! here we are again back to normal busy schedule. Yesterday I took a break from the kitchen, I took my children out, my youngest daughter involved in Ipoh International Run, we left home as early as six am.
Have our breakfast outside and for the rest of the day we went to Chepor Waterfall. Just need a break and relax. Such a wonderful moment.
Today I made French Toast and Fried Angel Hair for breakfast.

Today I made French Toast and Fried Angel Hair for breakfast.
The plan was to have Spaghetti Cabanora but unfortunately there's a slight technical error. I have wrongly bought angel hair instead of spaghetti, leaving me with no choice I fried the angel hair. So here's how my Fried Angel Hair this morning"-
Ingredients 1/2 packet Angel Hair / 1/2 bungkus Angel hair - cooked as per packaging instruction, drain and set aside
100 gm shrimps / 100 gm udang saiz sederhana
200 gm chicken fillet / 100 gm isi ayam
100 gm squids / 100 gm sotong hidup
1 cup button mushroom halved / 1/ cawan cendawan butang belah dua
2 onions choppd / 2 biji bawang besar dicincang
5 cloves garlic - chopped / 5 ulas bawang putih dicincang
10 dried chilies - soak and blend to wet paste / 10 tangkai cili kering rendam dan blend halus
1/2 cup Kimball tomato sauce / 1/2 cawan sos tomato
1/2 cup water / 1/2 cawan air
salts and pepper to taste / garam dan lada secukup rasa
PREPARATION
- Saute garlic till soft, add garlic and cili paste fry till fragrant / Tumis bawang besar sehingga layu. Masukkan bawang putih dan pes cili goreng sehingga naik baunya.
- Add the chicken, shrimps and squids continue to stir fry. / Masukkan ayam, udang dan sotong
- Add tomato sauce and water / Masukkan tomato sos dan air
- Add mushroom / Masukkan cendawan
- Season to taste / garam dan lada secukup rasa
- Add in the noodles and stir fry for another 30 seconds. / Masukkan angel hairs dan kacau rata
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves/ Taburkan daun ketumbar

SELAMAT PAGI DAN ASALAMUALIKUM semua, kembali semula kita pada alam pekerjaan selepas dua hari beristirehat hujung minggu. Semalam memang relax habis, dapur TUTUP langsung tak berasap dari pagi sampai malam, makan luar aje. Pagi temankan anak bongsu saya menyertai IPOH INTERNATIONAL RUN, sarapan diluar dan terus ke Kawasan Air Terjun Chepor, relax sana sampai petang,makan tengah hari dan minum petang semua di kawasan air terjun, sedap juga makan di warong-warong di sana.
Malam pula makan Tom Yam di kedai depan rumah, betul-betul off semalam, ha.... pagi ini dapur mula berasap balik. Saya buat Angel Hair Goreng dan French Toast. Angel Hair Goreng ini sebenarnya kes kesilapan teknikal. Asalnya saya nak masak spaghetti cabonara tetapi tersalah beli spaghetti, nak cekau spaghetti terambil Angel Hair, tak ada jalan lain saya goreng aje angel hair. Saya banyakkan tomato sos dalam resipi ini menjadikan ala bolognese sedap juga. French Toast pula buat yang biasa aje, goreng dan makan bersama jam, terpulang pada selera anak-anak dua pilihan ada untuk sarapan pagi ini yang manis dan yang pedas. OK Selamat Menjamu Selera.
