Bangkok fried rice is a reminiscent of Tom Yam Fried. The recipe calls for "tomyam paste" , kaffir leaf, lemongrass and ginger flower. If you like it hot then add some bird's eyes chili. Serve with some salad and fried chicken. - AWESOME !!!!
Bangkok Fried Rice 4 cups cooked rice, cold or overnight rice
200gm prawns and squids or any seafood you like100 g chicken fillet cut into cube1 egg omelete, shredded or finely slicedGarlic, finely sliced1 kaffir leave thinly slice½ ginger flour thinly slice1 lemongrass thinly slice3 tablespoon of Khimyan brand Thai Tom Yam Paste3 tbsp vegetable oilInstructions:1. Heat 3 tablespoon of cooking oil in a wok and stir fry the sliced garlic and 3 tablespoon of Khimyan brand Thai Tom Yam Paste until fragrant.2. Add the prawns, chicken, squids, egg into the wok and cook for about 2 minutes.3. Add the 4 cups of cooked rice and stir well.4. Add kaffir leaf, ginger flower and lemongrass.5. Toss well4. Serve hot.
