This is simply simple. Only 2 ingredients used, the Sayur Pucuk Paku and Onion. I normally I cooked using chili and shrimp paste, but this time around just made it plain. Tasty and crunchy.
INGREDIENTS
1 group Sayur Pucuk Paku (Fern) cut 1" / 1 ikat pucuk paku potong 1"
1 onion slice thinly / 1 biji bawang besar hiris
2 tbsp oil / 2 sdb minyak
1/2 cup water / 1/2 cawan air
salts and chicken cube to taste / garam dan pati ayam
PREPARATION
Heat up oil and saute onion till soft. Add water, salts and pinch of chicken cube. Add vegetables and stir fry 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and ready to serves. Sprinkle some fried garlic / Panaskan minyak tumis bawang besar hingga layu. Masukkan air, garam dan pati ayam. Biar seketika, masukkan sayur dan kacau rata. masak 5-10 minit dan angkat. Taburkan bawang goreng atau bawang putih goreng bila menghidang.

Paling ringkas, paling mudah dan paling murah. Pucuk Paku Goreng. Biasanya saya buat Goreng Belacan tapi kali ini buat plain aje. Sedap bagi yang suka meratah.
