This is a mini version of fruit cake. It is easy to prepare and perfect tea menu.
INGREDIENTS:

200 g flour / 200 g tepung gandum
2 tbsp baking powder / 2sdb baking powder
110 g brown sugar / 110 g gula perang
1 large egg / 1 biji telur gred A
110 g butter melted / 110 g mentega dicairkan
200 g fresh milk / 200 g susu segar
1 tsp vanilla essence / 1 sdt vanila
60 g dried mixed fruits / 60 g buah-buahan kering
1/4 tsp salts / 1/4 sdt garam
DIRECTIONS:
1. Whisk sugar and eggs / Pukul telur dengan gula
2. Add in melted butter, vanilla and fresh milk / Masukkan mentega cair, vanilla dan susu segar.
3. Add in flour together with the baking powder / Masukkan tepung yang dicampurkan baking powder.
4. Finally add in the dried mixed fruits, till corporated and pour into muffin pan/ Masukkan buaha-buahan campuran dan gaul rata. Masukkan ke dalam acuan muffin
5.Bake at 180 C for 15-20 minutes or until cook / Bakar pada suhu 180 selama 15-20 minit atau sehingga masak.
